"I really believe right now, in almost 2012, if you want the very best food, it's not necessarily happening in the major markets. [...] To not even be considered for stars because you're not in the right place is obviously frustrating." At least Uchi was named by Zagat as one of the top restaurants in the US. [-EN-]
