Here's an Official Shot of Paul Qui on Top Chef Texas

Top Chef Texas begins next Wednesday with their first episode, and here's a little preview of the first episode to get you excited.

The show would begin just as you think -- a stunning Padma Lakshmi, a chef commenting on how hot Padma is, and of course Texas stereotypes like cowboy hats, boots, and steers.

The not-so-secret surprise is that the competition begins with 30 chefs, and by the end of the episode over half of them will be gone. "Oh shit," and "This is really fucked up," say the chefs. Cursing so soon?
