Austin butchers at Salt and Time decided to make their own "McRib", opting for a real boneless rib instead of the pressed mush McDonald's serves. Much, much more appetizing. Yes, fanatics, earlier this week McDonald's did announce the return of the McRib, their "McCommemorative plate", that never seems to go away. [@saltandtime]
