Opening one day later than originally scheduled (not too bad, really), La Boite will be serving sandwiches, coffee, and their signature pastries (read: macarons) beginning tomorrow morning.

Eater Austin stopped by their new location on Congress Ave at 10th Street in downtown Austin to check on the progress, and owner Victoria Davies was putting the finishing touches on her new trailer. She and her staff have already received quite a response from their customers, eagerly awaiting the second location to open.
