Watch Salt & Time Butcher a Pig at the Eat Real Fest

Last month Ben Runkle and Bryan Butler of Salt & Time traveled to Oakland for the Eat 'Real Festival, showing their skills in a pig butchery competition against guys from the revered Fatted Calf and Avedano's Holly.

Ben and Bryan were relative newcomers compared to the experts they were up against, but have received due credit for their deft practice of seam butchery. Earlier this week, The Butchers Guild uploaded some videos from the competition, catching Ben and Bryan in action.
