Zack Northcutt May Be Joining Team at Swift's Attic

Chef Zack Northcutt may be joining the culinary team at the restaurant-in-the-works Swift's Attic. Last night executive chef Mat Clouser tweeted: "Big news: Big Daddy himself, Zach Northcutt, all set to join the team @swiftsattic Sweet news... still to follow..."

Swift's Attic is a project of chef Mat Clouser (Kenichi, Uchi, Jeffrey's, Rabbit+Hat) and CK Chin, currently the general manager at Paggi House, and will be located in the old Kyoto location in the historic building above jazz lounge The Elephant Room.

Northcutt left as chef of Haddingtons and Mulberry earlier this year, and has been working as a butcher at Whole Foods in recent months. More updates to come.
