We just got word that Haddingtons, the new British-influenced American gastropub on West Sixth, is opening tonight at 5:00. A bit later than that December opening we were originally told, but we'll take it. Haddingtons is open for dinner daily from 5:00 to 1:00, for lunch 11:00 to 3:00 on weekdays, and for brunch 10:00 to 3:00 on weekends.
We also got our hands on a menu, and it seems chef Zack Northcutt is jumping on the pork wagon with a number of dishes, including a whole roasted hog that requires a week's notice and feeds up to fourteen people. Bill Norris' cocktail menu has a slew of original drinks in the $10-$12 range (including a duck fat sazerac!), as well as several classics.
