Austinist debuted a new column today called Nightlife Anthropology in which author William Stanaforth Donahue (AKA Billy D.) analyzes the city's bars, one by one. First up, Casino El Camino: "Delicious burgers aside, Casino isn’t a bar that grinds up new meat, or a place where the broken go to drink. It’s the cantina from Star Wars.
