Addie Broyles' Austin Supper Club Coming to KLRU

Statesman food writer Addie Broyles is currently filming Austin Supper Club, a sort of combo Austin food scene/cooking show in which she visits various local restaurants/farms/food events and then prepares a dish inspired by them. The show will premiere on KLRU later this year, and Broyles says she hopes at some point to film an episode featuring David Bull's Austonian restaurants "that will end with a dinner party on the top floor of the condo building" as well as a SXSW-themed episode that takes place in ACL's fancy new digs.

The first episode, pictured above, follows Broyles on the Eat Local Week's Urban Farm Bicycle Tour, after which she prepares coq au vin blanc using roosters from HausBar Farms. Check out the promo for the series below.
