Liquor.com's 2011 Drinker's Preview calls out Haddingtons, and specifically its bartender Bill Norris, whom they referred to as the "Lone Star Slinger." Just so long as they don't call him a mixologist: Norris tweeted earlier: "Please stop calling me"mixologist." I'm a bartender and I hope I make good drinks, but the self importance needs to stop."
