The Statesman's restaurant critic Mike Sutter declares former UT quarterback Vince Young's Vince Young Steakhouse "more than a steakhouse. It's a museum." Well, that was expected. But how's the food? Seems it could use a little work: while one steak is "the cardinal red of a weeping USC Trojan," the next is cooked "to the apologetic pink of medium and salted like a street pretzel." Sutter gave VYS a two spot, and he gets a gold star from us for not going totally overboard on the football puns. [Statesman]
