First Ever Foodways Texas Symposium

foodways-texas-150.jpgTickets are now on sale for the first-ever Foodways Texas Symposium, to be held at Texas A&M University, Galveston February 25 and 26. No word on speakers yet, but the conference will focus on the food of the Gulf Coast region and will feature chefs Tim Byres of Smoke in Dallas and Casey Gaido of Gaido's in Galveston.
