Merry Christmas, Austin history buffs: Slackerwood alerted us to the existence of the Texas Archive of Moving Images, and they've got a bunch of mid-century Austin restaurant videos to explore. Lots of love for the old Night Hawk diner chain (of which the Frisco Night Hawk on Burnet is the last existing location), plus burgers at 2-Js, airport restaurants, and all-you-can-eat Mexican food for $1.25. Decidedly worth a browse.
