It's official: Bryce Gilmore's Barley Swine is opening December 29 on South Lamar. So what does the Odd Duck's brick-and-mortar sibling have in store for us? Beer and pork (pigtails!), and the concept is locally sourced small plates and communal dining. The beer program sounds particularly exciting, with a large-format bottle service featuring eight beers on tap. The hyper-local trend doesn't extend there, however, and "delicious but out-of-state brews" will occasionally be featured. Check out the opening menu, below.
Open 5:00 to midnight, Monday through Saturday, and they don't take reservations.
