It may not look like much yet, but that, friends, is the future site of Bryce Gilmore's Barley Swine. We don't know much about the restaurant yet, apart from the fact that it will be a gastropub with a focus on (obviously) beer, pork, and, if Gilmore's Odd Duck trailer is any indicator, locally sourced ingredients. The website says it's coming Christmas 2010 and hints at "ricotta dumplings, Wood-fired Mackerel, and Potato Fritters with Goat cheese." We'll keep you updated as we get more info (speaking of which, if you have any, do share).
