Soleil's Food With a View on Lake Travis

While the Oasis on Lake Travis has long been known for spectacular views, it hasn't exactly had the food to match. That could be about to change with Soleil, the new Mediterranean-influenced restaurant by Houston's Schiller Del Grande Restaurant Group (they're also responsible for Cafe Annie) that opened last night. Chef George Thomas, who has previously worked at Paggi House and Kenichi, among others, is running the kitchen. Soleil will soon be joined by an Uncle Billy's Brew and Cue location, as well as retail shops.
