Torchy's Isn't Tex-Mex or Mexican, It's "One Happy Family"

In this video, Michael Rypka, founder of Torchy's Tacos, tells VendrTV that his inspiration for creating his famous tacos comes from all over: "There's elements of different flavors and cultures. Kind of Southern, and some barbecue, and some Texas, and some Mexican, and we kind of just put it all together." His top four tacos? The Dirty Sanchez, the Green Chile Pork, the Baja Shrimp, and the Trailer Park.
