This spring, Round Rock Express fans can enjoy locally sourced food at the Dell Diamond’s Intel Club courtesy of Greenhouse Craft Food. On Monday, it was announced that the Round Rock-based restaurant would become the latest local partner with Ryan Sanders Sport Services (RS3) to offer a high-end dining experience before and during the minor league baseball team's games.
Rob Snow, chef and owner of Greenhouse, will unveil the ballpark menu later this month, teasing that it will include signature dishes from the restaurant as well as creative interpretations of classic ballpark food. The first day of service will be opening day on Friday, April 15.
Underscoring this emphasis on local and organic fare, RS3 will add an organic vegetable and herb garden at the Dell Diamond, which will be harvested and incorporated not only into the dishes and cocktails at Greenhouse, but also in menu items at the various other dining concepts throughout the park.
Greenhouse Craft Food is the second local restaurant to offer dining services to Intel Club members, who can join upon purchasing season tickets for or on a one-day basis on game days. RS3 partnered with Jack Allen’s Kitchen for the 2014 season. Last year, RS3 kept operations in-house, offering a chef’s table concept.
